Marios Michaelides

Marios Michaelides serves as the Engineering BU Director at Virtuos since November 2020, overseeing the growth and management of the engineering business unit, Virtuos Labs. Michaelides has successfully expanded the engineering department from 23 to 40 software engineers and secured high-profile AAA projects valued over $2 million. Previous roles include Engineering Business Unit Manager and Production Manager at Virtuos, and Management Trainee at Black Shamrock Games. Prior to this, Michaelides gained experience in business development and project management with companies such as Marbridge Consulting and BOR China Business Consulting, focusing on China's technology sector and facilitating market expansion strategies. Michaelides holds an MBA from HEC Paris and the University of Texas at Austin, as well as a BA in Political Science from Carleton College.
