To provide individualized support to adults with disabilities by helping them achieve personal goals, live independently, and participate in rewarding and meaningful experiences.

Our Model of Care:
Our model of care is composed of progressive independence in an environment that provides ongoing support based on individual needs and desires.  Our goal is to deliver quality services while providing useful resources to assist people in becoming as self-sufficient as possible while accomplishing their individual goals.
