Scott Richards

Scott Richards is a nonprofit software expert with extensive experience in training and leadership roles. They began their career at The Container Store, advancing from a general sales position in New York City to Sales Trainer and Inventory Coordinator, where they effectively improved inventory management and training practices. From 2015 to 2023, Scott served as the Director of Training and Education at Virtuous, and currently holds positions as Senior Product Manager and Director of User Experience and Research at the same company. Scott’s early career includes roles at WealthEngine and Broadway New York, and they earned a Bachelor of Music in Musical Theatre from The Catholic University of America.
