Mike Ryabichev

Mike Ryabichev is the current CFO and COO at Virtuozzo. Mike has also previously worked as a finance and business controller at DAF Trucks NV from August 2013 to December 2015, and as a financial controller at Acronis from January 2002 to December 2007. At Acronis, they were responsible for leading an efficient finance organization for technology start-ups, including up to 10 legal entities in various jurisdictions, such as the USA, Russia, Netherlands, BVI, Bermuda, and Singapore. Mike has also performed financial due diligence for mergers and acquisition of several companies in 2003-2005 (USA, Russia. Germany, Israel, Ukraine), and provided accounting support for securing of major venture capital financing.

Mike Ryabichev has a Master's degree in Economics from Vyatka State Agricultural Academy and a Master's degree in Engineering from Bauman Moscow State Technical University.
