Virtus Law PLLC embraces these two clients and becomes their “in house” general counsel.

At Virtus Law, we have multiple thought leaders: Issues involving general business transactions, acquisitions and real estate concerns, estate and tax planning, asset protection and governance are solved by twenty year veteran, Tom Fafinski. While litigation is a process of last resort, it is an available business tool nonetheless; Nathan Nelson uses this tool to create business opportunities in commercial and real estate dispute resolution arenas.
