Dmitry Alekseev is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in the gaming and technology sectors. Currently serving as Chief Legal Officer at Virtus.pro since January 2023, Dmitry has established a global legal function supporting multiple gaming titles and successfully negotiated significant industry partnerships. Prior to Virtus.pro, Dmitry held the position of Chief Legal Officer at ESforce Holding, where responsibilities included providing full legal support for subsidiaries worldwide and implementing legaltech solutions. Dmitry's previous roles also include leading the legal department at Wheely, handling complex corporate governance at ESforce Holding, and working as a Transaction Lawyer at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. Dmitry holds a Master of Laws degree from The University of Bonn and an Associate's degree from Kutafin Moscow State Law University.
