Cai Gwinnutt

Cai Gwinnutt has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. In 2008, they worked as a Web Developer at MP3WhiteLabel.com for a short period. In the same year, they also worked as a Developer for badlist.co.uk, an eco-startup aimed at helping consumers make informed purchase decisions. From 2006 to 2009, Cai worked as a Software Developer at Source Software, where they collaborated with accountants and operational management to implement IT solutions for critical business tasks. Cai also successfully completed a project using Agile programming methodology. Starting in 2009, Cai worked as a Software Developer at PHS, focusing on delivering new features to a business administration system and migrating crucial business functions to SSIS. From 2010 to 2015, they worked as a Software Developer at BMJ, enhancing the feedback system and redesigning the learning portal of a medical e-Learning platform. Cai then joined an international publisher in 2015 as a Product Consultant, assisting in defining technological requirements for their e-Learning offering. In 2017, Cai became the Head of Product at AMPLYFI, where they played a critical role in building DataVoyant, an AI-based business intelligence platform. Cai led a team of developers and supported the product's design, commercialization, and continuous improvement. In 2019, Cai became the Chief Technology Officer at Tramshed Tech. Most recently, in 2022, they took on the role of Non Executive Director at VIRTUS TECH.

Cai Gwinnutt attended Swansea University from 2003 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree (BSc Hons) in Computer Science. In addition to their formal education, they obtained additional certifications including YachtMaster Offshore from the Royal Yachting Association (RYA) in June 2016 and Certified ScrumMaster from the Scrum Alliance in July 2014.
