Dimple Grover currently serves as Associate Director of Learning & Development at Virtusa since June 2025 and is Co-Founder of Anvesshan - a journey since August 2022, focusing on executive and leadership development, facilitation, and training delivery. Previous roles include Leadership Development Consultant at Delhi Skills And Entrepreneurship University, Associate Professor and Coordinator at Tata Institute of Social Sciences, and Associate Professor at the Administrative Staff College of India. Dimple Grover holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Corporate Governance and Ethical Climate from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and has completed the Asia Pacific Leadership Program at East West Center in Hawaii.
