Lourdu Jerald is a cross-functional technology professional with over 8 years of experience in GenAI and AIOps. They began their career with Citi, where they held multiple analyst roles from 2017 to 2018. Lourdu later joined Virtusa, serving as a Consultant in Automation and GenAI Engineering from 2021 to 2022, and currently works as a Senior Consultant in GenAI Engineering since 2024. Lourdu holds a PGP in Cloud Computing from the Great Lakes Institute of Management, a Master's in Cyber Forensics and Information Security from the University of Madras, and a PGP in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning from Texas McCombs School of Business.
