Smitha Singh

Smitha Singh is a seasoned executive with over two decades of experience in the technology and consulting sectors. Currently serving as Vice President and Head of Strategic Transformation at Virtusa since June 2014, Smitha leads organization-wide transformation initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions due diligence and integration programs. Previously, Smitha held the position of Head of the Digital Transformation Office and was the Global Head for Infor Business, focusing on digital transformation in the Manufacturing, Healthcare, and Life Sciences verticals. Prior experience includes a Vice President role at Polaris Consulting & Services Ltd, where Smitha built practices in ERP and managed client relationships in the banking sector, along with earlier positions in pre-sales management and project delivery. Smitha commenced the career as a Manager at Three S Solutions and held a sales enablement role at Toyota Kirloskar Motor. Smitha holds an MBA in Marketing and International Business from the Institute of Finance and International Management and a Bachelor's degree from Panjab University, Chandigarh.
