Vasu Pendyala

Vasu Pendyala is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial management and leadership. Currently serving as Vice President Finance at Virtusa since January 2009, Vasu Pendyala oversees finance operations as Finance Controller and Head of FSSC. Prior to this role, Vasu Pendyala worked as a Senior Manager at Satyam Computer Services Limited from 1995 to 2009, managing accounts payable, book closing, audits, and tax compliance for 26 overseas branches with a team of approximately 20. Vasu Pendyala holds a Chartered Accountant degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a CISA certification from ISACA, along with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Sardar Patel Degree College.
