David Ratnaraj has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. David began their career at Advanced Information Services in 1995, where they worked as a Program Manager and TSP/PSP Team Leader for almost two decades. In 2014, they joined Ishpi Information Technologies, Inc. as the Director of Consulting Services. After two years, they transitioned to Illinois Mutual, starting as the Assistant Vice President, ISM, and eventually becoming the Assistant Vice President ISM & Program Director. Currently, David is working at VirtuSense as the Vice President of Process Excellence, and they recently took on the role of Vice President of Operations & Client Experience.

David Ratnaraj attended Bradley University from 1993 to 1995, Malnad College of Engineering from 1988 to 1992, and Madras Christian College Higher Secondary School from 1986 to 1988.
