Bartosz Sądel is an experienced Engineering Manager at VirtusLab, responsible for managing three interdisciplinary teams and implementing Agile methodologies within the IT department. Bartosz previously served as a Team Lead, focusing on the Manufacturing Digital Twin project, and as a Software Engineer, where microservices were developed for a major European retailer. Prior experience includes roles as a Delivery Manager and Technical Team Leader at Onwelo, overseeing a team of approximately 20 software developers and focusing on tax reporting systems. Bartosz began a career at Comarch as a Software Developer for the Comarch Internet Banking application and gained initial experience as an intern on the CAFE platform. Bartosz is currently pursuing an MBA in IT at Kozminski University, building on a strong educational background in Computer Science from AGH University of Krakow.
