Natalia Lorek

Natalia Pęczek is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and employer branding within the tech industry. Currently serving as Head of People & Talent Acquisition and HR Manager at VirtusLab since November 2017, Natalia has played a key role in scaling the company from 50 to over 300 employees. Previous roles include HR Specialist and Data Analyst at Sensinum, and Senior IT Recruitment Specialist at j-labs software specialists, where Natalia managed end-to-end recruitment processes and fostered relationships within the IT labor market in Poland. Earlier experiences include HR Specialist at Codete and a Conference Assistant at PROIDEA, showcasing a comprehensive foundation in various HR functions and event coordination. Natalia holds a Master's degree in International Management from Cracow University of Economics and a degree in European Studies.
