We create a placement profile for every job offer, compare this with our data on existing candidates and carry out a profiling procedure to determine the right candidate for you. Our goal is to initiate a contractual agreement between the employer and the candidate with regards to an employment relationship, which is beneficial to both parties.

As recruiting agents we work on result based fees. This means that we only receive a fee if the recruitment process has been successful and if the position has also been successfully occupied. For applicants our services are free of charge.
