Karsten König

Karsten Kelm is an experienced GIS Analyst and Programmer with a strong background in land use planning and geographic information systems technology. Currently employed as a GIS Analyst/Programmer at the County of Ventura since November 2021, Kelm previously held positions as GIS Analyst III at AeroVironment from May 2016 to April 2021 and at AECOM from October 2011 to May 2016. Kelm holds a Master of Science in Land Use Planning and Management/Development from Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Dresden, attained between 1998 and 2006, and a Graduate Certificate in Geographic Information Systems Technology from the University of Southern California.
