Nadine Hutter

Nadine Hutter is the Head of Operations Excellence at Viseca, where they lead three teams focused on optimizing and digitizing the value chain. They have significant experience in change management and organizational design, having successfully led the integration of an acquired company and the development of an Agile Release Train. Nadine previously held positions at Viseca, including Head of Process Management and Principal Process Engineer, and served as a Business Process Analyst at Aduno Gruppe. They earned a lic.oec.publ. degree in Economics from the University of Zurich.
