Pedro Chapinal possesses extensive experience in leadership and project management within the banking and financial services sector. Currently serving as Head of Transformation and Change at EFG International since May 2016, Pedro also holds a position on the Board of Directors at Viseca as of June 2023. Previous roles include COO and member of the Management Board at Finter Bank Zurich, and various senior management positions at Arab Bank (Switzerland) Ltd. and BT Global Services. Pedro's academic background includes an MBA from the University of Rochester - Simon Business School and a Dipl. Ing. FH in Communication and Computer Sciences from the University of Applied Sciences Winterthur.
