Sven Lorenz is currently the Head of 24/7 Emergency Services at Viseca and has held various leadership roles within the organization, including Head of the 24h Contact Center and Head of Call Center Zürich. Previously, Sven worked in event management and international sales, with experience at companies such as Intrum Justitia AG and Heimrich & Hannot Events GmbH. Sven also took a sabbatical for a world trip from 2011 to 2012. With a focus on leadership development, Sven has earned degrees in Transformational Leadership from HWZ Hochschule für Wirtschaft Zürich and in Changemanagement from ZfU Zentrum für Unternehmungsführung AG.
