Viserion owns and operates assets and trading offices across the US and in Europe with over $4 billion of annual revenue. 

Viserion International and its subsidiaries are backed by a fund managed by Pinnacle Asset Management, L.P., an alternative asset management firm focused on global commodities markets with $5.9 billion under management.

Viserion formed Viserion Grain, LLC in early 2021 for the purpose of investing in strategic assets within the grain handling and storage space. Shortly after its formation, Viserion Grain acquired 10 facilities along the Ohio and Mississippi rivers. Viserion Grain has since expanded into non-asset based grain trading, while continuing to grow its asset footprint.

In 2022, Viserion purchased Western Milling, LLC. Established in 2001, Western Milling is the largest distributor and manufacturer of commercial feed products in California with facilities spanning from Texas, Arizona, California, and Oregon. The company's facility in Goshen, California is the largest feed mill in the world. Western Milling also owns and operates businesses in pet food, trucking & logistics, and fertilizer storage and distribution.
