CC Lim is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as Head of Department at Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. since September 2016. Previous roles include Director of Engineering at UTAC from July 2014 to October 2015, Assembly Engineering Head of Department at IDT - Integrated Device Technology, Inc. from January 2013 to May 2015, and NPI and Competency Center Head of Department at Fairchild Semiconductor from June 2010 to December 2012.
