Coco Luker

Coco Luker's work experience includes roles in various companies, starting with their current role as Global Talent Acquisition Director at Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. where they are responsible for overseeing the acquisition of talent for the company's diverse markets. Prior to this, they held the same position at CECO Environmental Corporation.

Before joining CECO, Coco worked at Huntsman Corporation as a Global Talent Project Manager for four years. In this role, they focused on defining organization structures, leading talent resourcing campaigns, and implementing various global talent acquisition projects.

Coco also has extensive experience at Huntsman APAC, where they served as the Head of APAC Talent Acquisition in the Global HR Group. Prior to Huntsman, Coco worked as a North Asia Human Resource Manager at A.P. Moller - Maersk and as a Human Resources Manager at Johnson Controls, where they managed various HR functions and ensured compliance with corporate HR standards.

Coco began their career at Baxter International Inc. as a Human Resources Officer, where they gained valuable experience in HR management.
