Gene Volchenko

Gene Volchenko has an extensive work experience, starting in 1992 as a Chief Telecommunications Engineer and RF Telecommunications Engineer at BLASCO International Marine Company. Gene then worked at Motorola Automotive Group as a Senior Electronics Engineer in different roles, including Commercial Vehicle Core Engineering and Telematic Communication Group. In 2006, they joined Vishay Intertechnology, Siliconix Electronic Co., Ltd as a Senior Staff Field Application Engineer and later moved to Maxim Integrated Products as a Senior Member of Technical Staff / Field Application Engineer. Gene returned to Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. in 2010 as the Director of Business Marketing, and later became the Director of Regional Marketing at Vishay Intertechnology, Siliconix Electronic Co., Ltd. In 2023, Gene started working as the Director of Business Development at Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. Overall, their work experience includes leading marketing and engineering teams, driving revenue growth, providing field application support, and promoting various semiconductor products.

Gene Volchenko completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Kherson Maritime College from 1987 to 1991. Following that, they pursued a Master of Science degree in the same field at Odesa National Maritime Academy from 1991 to 1993.
