Jen Harold has over 16 years of experience in manufacturing and healthcare. Currently serving as the Lean Methods & Standards Manager at Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. since 2007, Jen has held multiple roles including Methods and Standards/Lean Coordinator and Senior Production Supervisor, focusing on employee supervision, lean manufacturing, and quality assurance. Prior to this, from 2001 to 2007, Jen worked as a Mental Health Aide for the State of South Dakota, providing assistance to mentally ill patients. Jen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Mount Marty University, earned between 2003 and 2007.
