Jinman Yang

Jinman Yang is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in high voltage MOSFET device design. Currently serving as the Development Engineering Manager HVM at Vishay since March 2011, Jinman leads the development of next-generation 600V superjunction MOSFETs and enhances current generation products focusing on yield, reliability, and device ruggedness. Previously, as a Design Engineer at International Rectifier, Jinman specialized in low voltage power MOSFET design, and as Production Manager at Laser Components, Jinman directed the engineering group in avalanche photodiode production and achieved ISO9001 certification. Early career experiences at Freescale Semiconductor involved significant contributions to SMARTMOS and ESD development. Academically, Jinman holds a Ph.D. in Science and Engineering of Materials and a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Arizona State University.
