Jun Zeng

Jun Zeng, Ph.D., serves as the Senior Director of the R&D SiC Division at Vishay Intertechnology, Inc., a position held since November 2022. Previously, Jun Zeng co-founded MaxPower Semiconductor, where roles included CTO and Executive Vice President of Technology from January 2008 to April 2023. InPower Semiconductor Co., Ltd. also benefited from Jun Zeng's leadership as President/CTO and co-founder from January 2006 to December 2007. Jun Zeng's early career includes a significant tenure at Pyramis Corporation as Vice President of Technology and co-founder from May 2001 to January 2006. Academically, Jun Zeng is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) at Swansea University and holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China.
