Michael O’Sullivan

Michael O'Sullivan is the Senior Vice President – Corporate General Counsel, Regional Country Manager The Americas at Vishay. Michael has over 15 years of experience as a corporate lawyer, including 10 years in capital markets. Prior to joining Vishay, Michael was Senior Counsel - Corporate Governance and Finance at INVISTA from May 2010 to July 2012. From April 2005 to April 2010, they were a Senior Associate in the Capital Markets Group at DLA Piper. Michael began their career as an Associate in the Capital Markets Group at Alston & Bird LLP from September 2002 to April 2005. Michael is a member of the New York and Massachusetts bars.

Michael O’Sullivan obtained a Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a B.A. in Journalism and Political Science from Penn State University.
