Richard Needham

Richard Needham currently serves as the Director of Regional Marketing for Europe - Diodes at Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. since February 2024. Prior to this role, Richard held the position of Standard Product Development Manager at Arrow Electronics, overseeing Semiconductor Standard Products across EMEA and acting as the Technology Lead for Power Discretes.
