Vinod Tarale

Vinod Tarale has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Vinod began their career at Innodata Pvt Ltd. as a team leader in 2001. Vinod then worked as a student at Manipal Academy of Higher Education, where they pursued an M.S. in VLSI CAD from 2001 to 2003. After completing their education, Vinod joined Trident Techlabs Pvt. Ltd. as an Application/Marketing Engineer from 2003 to 2004. Vinod then worked at Memec Asia Pacific Limited (Insight) as a Field Application Engineer for Xilinx from 2004 to 2005. Vinod then joined Avnet India Pvt. Ltd. and held various roles such as Field Application Engineer for Xilinx, Assistant Business Development Manager, and Product Manager from 2005 to 2010. Following this, they worked as a Product Manager at Arrow Electronics from 2010 to 2012. Currently, Vinod is employed as the Sales Director at Vishay Intertechnology, Inc., where they also served as the Distribution Sales Manager for India and SAARC from 2012 to 2023. In their roles at Vishay, Vinod is responsible for leading and driving the company's channel network, focusing on demand creation, go-to-market strategy, and sales management.

Vinod Tarale holds a Master of Science degree in VLSI CAD from Manipal Academy of Higher Education, Manipal. Vinod also obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics from Savitribai Phule Pune University. Additionally, they have completed various certifications in different subjects such as Data Analytics, IoT Foundations, Sales Forecasting, Productivity Enhancement through Note-Taking, Marketing in the Digital World, and Foundation of Everyday Leadership.
