Wing Tsang possesses extensive experience in the field of research and development for mobile sensors, currently serving as the Senior Director of R&D Mobile Sensor at Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. since August 2014. Prior to this, Wing held the position of Chief Optical Director at Capella Microsystems, Inc. from January 2000 to July 2014, after first joining the company as Director of Operations from August 1996 to December 1999. Wing completed both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the University of Hawaii at Manoa between 1984 and 1990.
