Onboarding & Customer Service Manager at VISI ONE

Leon Mannheim's work experience begins in 2013 when they started working as a Research Interviewer at Humboldt University of Berlin. From May 2013 to February 2014, they conducted research interviews as part of their role there. In 2014, Leon joined forsa Institut as a Research Interviewer, where they worked from June 2014 to April 2015. Leon then moved on to VBB Verkehrsverbund Berlin-Brandenburg GmbH, where they worked as a Field Interviewer from March 2016 to June 2016. In 2017, they joined Papagena Kartenvertriebs GmbH as a Ticket Sales Specialist, where they stayed until February 2022. Currently, Leon works at VISI/ONE as an Onboarding & Customer Service Manager, starting in January 2022.

Leon Mannheim attended the University of Potsdam from 2014 to 2017, where they studied Political Science, Organisation and Administration. Following this, they enrolled at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin in 2017 and completed their studies in 2020. At Humboldt-Universität, their field of study was Musical Science & Educational Science.
