Jeff Gloyd

Jeff Gloyd is an experienced leader in the waste industry, currently serving as the Founder of Gloyd Recycling Solutions since May 2021, where operational, sales, marketing, and leadership support is provided. In January 2024, Jeff began a role in revenue at BinIt, focusing on enhancing safety and efficiency in recycling operations using advanced technology. Previously, Jeff held the position of President at evTerra Recycling from June 2022 to October 2023, and worked as a Strategic Consultant with Universal Recycling Technologies, LLC. from July 2013 to November 2021, where expertise in executive leadership recruitment and operational excellence was applied. Jeff's career includes significant roles at Waste Management, achieving over $34M in annual revenue as a Strategic Account Manager, and developing hazardous waste programs for the County of La Crosse. An academic background includes a Master of Public Health and a Bachelor’s in Community Health Education from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
