Suki Kazim

Manager of Customer Success

Suki Kazim has diverse experience in customer success and advocacy across various organizations. At Softchoice, from June 2019 to May 2021, Suki held roles as a Customer Success Advocate and Public Sector Account Manager. Previous experience includes serving as a Telefund Representative at the University of Toronto and an intern at the United Nations in the Pakistan Mission to the United Nations. Suki was also the President of Sahil, an organization focused on combating child sexual abuse, and completed internships at GBM in Sales & Communications. Volunteer work includes contributions to UNICEF at the University of Toronto. In 2022, Suki served as a Customer Success Manager at Qali and recently held the position of Manager of Customer Success at VisibleThread in July 2024. Academically, Suki earned a Master's degree in Media, Communication and Development from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations, History, and Political Science, with Distinction, from the University of Toronto. Educational background includes GCSE & A Levels from Jumeirah College.
