Jon Burton

Jon Burton is a seasoned professional in people analytics with extensive experience in strategic consulting and workforce development. Currently serving as Principal People Analytics Consultant at Visier Inc. since May 2014, Jon has been instrumental in creating and executing onboarding and deployment programs that enhance the value of workforce analytics solutions for organizations. Prior to Visier, Jon was a Manager at PwC, where responsibilities included partnering with senior leadership to create workforce performance scorecards and developing presentations to translate HR data into actionable strategies. Earlier roles include Business Analyst at Saratoga Institute and Instructional Designer/Team Lead at DigitalThink, showcasing a diverse skill set in data analytics, strategic planning, and training development. Jon holds a BS and MS in Industrial Organizational Psychology from San José State University.
