Adams Street Partners has participated in Visier’s series C and D financings, and is represented on the Visier Board by Robin Murray.

Robin joined Adams Street in 2008 from 3i Ventures where he was a partner from 2001. Previously Robin served as the Chief Financial Officer for two venture-backed startups in Silicon Valley. He has also held positions with McKinsey & Company, J. Sainsbury PLC, and Ernst & Young – all in London.

Based in Adams Street’s Menlo Park office, Robin’s current investments include Donuts, Dynamic Signal, GoCardless, Rimini Street (RMNI), Sauce Labs, and Yeahka. Robin’s past investments include Ancestry.com (ACOM), Appshop (acquired by ATT), Bitfone (acquired by HPQ), Criteo (CRTO), Demand Media (DMD), Earnest (acquired by NAVI), Fotolog (acquired by HIM.Pa), Merchant eSolutions (acquired by Cielo S.A.), Mobile365 (acquired by SY now SAP), Omniture (OMTR), Placeware (acquired by MSFT), RetailMeNot (SALE), Telesign (acquired by BICS), Vonage (VG), and Zynga (ZNGA).

Robin holds an BSc Chemistry from the University of Bristol and an MBA from Stanford University.
