Rüdiger Busche has worked in a variety of roles since 2015. Rüdiger began as an intern at the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER), Pune in 2015, where they completed a research internship in the lab of Chaitanya Athale on the topic "Systems Biology of the E. coli Cell Cycle" and automated the analysis of fluorescent microscopy images using MATLAB. In 2015, they also interned and worked as a scientific assistant at the Technical University of Braunschweig. In 2017, they worked at the Universität Osnabrück as a Lecturer for Scientific Programming in Python, a Tutor for Machine Learning and Computer Vision, and a Student Research Assistant. In 2019, they worked as a Data Scientist at inserve GmbH. In 2020, they worked as a Backend and DevOps Engineer at DigitalHumani, providing Reforestation-as-a-Service (RaaS) through simple and easy to use Application Programming Interfaces (APIs). In 2021, they began working as a Data Scientist and Backend Developer at VisioLab.
Rüdiger Busche has an extensive educational background. From 2013 to 2016, they completed a Bachelor of Science in General Biology at the Technische Universität Braunschweig. During their studies, they were awarded the Deutschlandstipendium from the Technical University of Braunschweig in October 2015, and the Google Developer Challenge Scholarship from Udacity in November 2017. Rüdiger then went on to pursue a Master of Science in Cognitive Science at the Universität Osnabrück from 2016 to 2019. In February 2018, they also obtained a Udacity Nanodegree in Mobile Web Specialist from Udacity.
