Our Mission: Bring gender parity back to tech by encouraging and empowering girls and women to pursue computing/technology education and careers through increased education and awareness, influencing workplace policies/practices and advocating positive media portrayal.

With the advent of Artificial Intelligence, it is more imperative than ever that there is gender parity in the technology workforce. The “smart” machines that are making life-impacting decisions must be designed and trained by a workforce that reflects the humans they serve.
