Luan Skelland

Luan Skelland is currently serving as the Operations Manager at Vision Arch, where they are involved in project-based tasks and will soon take on responsibilities related to HR, Systems, and Operations. Previously, Luan worked at Vision AGI Rooflights as an Operations Manager and PA to Directors, contributing significantly to the launch of a new rooflight division from 2013 to 2019. Luan has also held various administrative and managerial roles at companies such as ECI Human Capital and Architectural Glazed Facades Limited, building a strong background in operations and executive support. Between 2019 and 2021, Luan took a career break to relocate and renovate a property. They hold a BTEC NHD in Business & Finance from John Henry Newman.
