Darshitha P Shetty has a diverse work experience in the field of recruitment and human resources. Darshitha began their career as a Human Resources Intern at KIOCL Limited in July 2019, where they gained valuable insights into the HR industry. In January 2019, they joined Mphasis as a Mortgage Verification Officer, where they honed their skills in the mortgage sector until April 2021. Subsequently, Darshitha joined CareerNet Technologies as an IT Recruiter in May 2021 and worked there until April 2023, gaining extensive experience in the recruitment field. Currently, they are employed as a Senior IT Recruiter at Vision Data Analytics, starting in April 2023. With their experience in recruitment and human resources, Darshitha P Shetty is equipped with the necessary skills to excel in their future endeavors.

Darshitha P Shetty completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Development from Manel Srinivas Nayak Memorial Institute of PG Management Studies, located in Besant Vidya Kendra, Bondel, Mangalore. This educational journey began in 2018 and ended in 2020. Before pursuing their MBA, Darshitha obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Information Science/Studies from Canara Engineering College. This undergraduate program lasted from 2014 to 2018.
