Johnson Were

Johnson Were, born on February 2, 1973, in Kampala, Uganda, holds a Diploma in Education, a Diploma in Journalism and Mass Communication, and an IOC Advanced Diploma in Managing Sports Organisations. Currently, Johnson is a Senior Writer at Vision Group and a Writer and Sports Analyst with Newvision and Urban Television. They serve as the General Secretary of the Uganda Sports Press Association, the Public Relations Manager of the United Motorsport Club (UMOSPOC), and the Director of Kithan Group, an events management firm. Additionally, Johnson is a member of the Uganda Olympic Committee (UOC) Marketing & Media Committee.
