With 12 years of engineering experience across refining, upstream, pipeline, pulp and paper, and lifting equipment industries, Frank has held various roles including founder and mechanical engineer at Assistu Engineering Ltd., integrity engineer at Vision Integrity Engineering Ltd., and integrity engineer for the tank division at RAE Engineering & Inspection Ltd. Frank's expertise encompasses the creation and implementation of quality management systems and integrity programs compliant with national and provincial regulations. Frank holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Calgary.
