Vision Management Consultants is a boutique consulting and advisory firm focused on helping international companies develop their businesses in China.  We bring a unique combination of deep China experience and practical problem solving and business development capability.

Our work is typically focused around assisting clients in achieving growth.  This may include:

	the development of new businesses
	bringing products and services to new markets
	the development of new supply channels 
	the development of new routes to market
	finding and evaluating new partners, M&A opportunities and undertaking commercial diligence
	helping to find solutions to unexpected challenges and improving underperforming businesses

Engagement is flexible but can be either project or retainer based. We also have considerable experience in running strategy workshops for senior management teams. 

Most of our relationships tend to be long term with repeat engagements on different problems at different phases of the clients journey.

We also have experience in assisting clients working through periods of crisis and business/management restructuring.
