Rob Spring

Rob Spring is an innovative leader with over fifteen years of experience in high-profile organizations, including the BBC, Apple, and YouTube. Currently serving as the Festival Director at Vision Nine, a division of Superstruct Entertainment, Rob leads the planning and execution of the Boardmasters Festival. Previously, they held various roles at the BBC, including Executive Producer of Live Events and Head of Event Production, where they managed large-scale productions and developed partnerships with notable artists. Rob also contributed to Apple's growth strategies and cultural initiatives, winning awards at the Cannes Lion festival. They hold a Post Graduate Diploma in Events Management from Leeds Beckett University.
