WELCOME TO VISION North Cyprus! The Mediterranean, once a playground only for the rich and famous, has become a haven for millions seeking to get away for a temporary rest or to completely start a new life. In the last 20 years hundreds and thousands of people from “grey sky” countries have either holidayed, invested or retired to the sun. Traditionally the buyers were over 50 years of age. Since the global recovery in the last decade the demand for The Mediterranean has increased dramatically with people young and old spending more time ether living, working, holidaying and/ or investing or renting property in sunnier countries. Tens of thousands of buyers every year are moving into Mediterranean countries seeking: • warmer climate • reduced stress, traffic and crime • a higher standard but lower cost of living • work opportunities • more free time and outdoor life People who desire more knowledge about The Mediterranean either gain this from friends and relatives or more generally they have to rely on the internet or exhibitions where everyone they meet are complete strangers. It can therefore be a risky business moving from one country to another. Research and professional advice should always be taken when one is thinking of investing, changing career or moving country. Vision North Cyprus is solely focused on providing such advice and service and is therefore your company to go to. Subscribe to the page and get a charge of the sun weekly!
