Jan Girovsky

Jan Girovsky is an experienced research engineer currently employed at Vision RT Ltd since February 2021. Prior to this role, Jan served as an artificial intelligence engineer at Aurora-AI by Vision RT from September 2019 to February 2021, and worked as a research associate at the University of Cambridge between September 2017 and September 2019. Academic achievements include a postdoctoral researcher position at TU Delft's Molecular Electronics and Devices department from March 2015 to September 2017, and a scientific researcher role at Paul Scherrer Institut PSI from January 2011 to February 2015. Jan earned a PhD in Experimental Physics from the University of Basel (2011-2014), a Master of Science in Condensed Matter Physics from the University of Pavol Jozef Safarik (2007-2009), and a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Faculty of Science, UPJS Kosice, Slovakia (2004-2007). Education was completed at Gymnazium Vranov nad Toplou (2000-2004).
