Bidhan Roy has extensive experience in sales and business development, currently serving as Sales & BDM for Nova FSV and Eyewear Business at VISION RX LAB since April 2015, with a focus on pan-India and regional markets. Prior to this role, Bidhan held the position of Manager - Business Development at FLIPKART.COM from September 2010 to March 2015, responsible for vendor relations and new source identification. Bidhan began a career in retail as a Management Trainee at Shoppers Stop in 2008. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Marketing & Retail from the Institute of Management & Information Science, Bhubaneswar, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the Calcutta Institute of Engineering and Management.
