Haley Ammons Perry

Haley Ammons Perry is an accomplished optometrist and business owner with extensive experience in the field of optometry. Currently, Haley serves as the Owner of Ammons Perry Optometric DBA Elite Eye Care since June 2014 and has been the Administrator at Vision Source® since January 2015. Previously, Haley owned and operated Visual Eyes Optometric in Fairview, NC, from July 2011 to June 2016 and worked as an optometrist at Tri-City Optometric from June 2009 to October 2011. Haley earned a Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, completing studies in 2009, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from Campbell University, obtained in 2005.
