M. Shane M.

M. Shane M. began their work experience in 2011 as a Customer Service Associate at BP Service Center. Later, they transitioned to Vision Technologies, where they progressed from Audio Video Technician to Engineering Manager and eventually held the position of Director of Technical Operations & Engineering in the AV/SEC division.

M. Shane M. graduated from Northeast Senior High School with a diploma in 2012. Following this, they attended Anne Arundel Community College from 2012 to 2014, where they earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management. Subsequently, from 2014 to 2016, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations at Towson University. In 2015, M. Shane M. obtained the Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) certification from InfoComm International, and in 2016, they completed the SCiPM certification from the Project Management Institute. They also obtained the DMC-D-4K certification from Crestron Electronics in 2017 and the Certified Technology Specialist- Design (CTS-D) certification from AVIXA in 2019.
