Richard Twigg

Richard Twigg is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in information systems management. Currently serving as Director of IT and Information Systems at Vision Technologies, Richard previously held the position of Director of IT at IFES, where responsibilities included overseeing various IT initiatives. Prior to that, Richard worked as a Network Consultant at KPMG. Educationally, Richard achieved a Master of Arts in Communication from Georgetown University (1996-1998) and a Master of General Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus (1991-1995).
