Dan Straw

Dan Straw has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Dan is currently the Director of HCM Solutions at Vision33, starting in 2022. Prior to that, from 2020 to 2022, they were the Chief Executive Officer of Orchard House People (now part of Vision33), leading the team and ensuring customer success. From 2012 to 2020, Dan worked at Jigsaw Cloud, where they held multiple positions including Chief Customer Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Implementation Consultant. Dan was responsible for managing customer engagements, building professional services teams, and implementing HR and Talent Management solutions. Before Jigsaw Cloud, Dan worked at Direct Line Group from 2002 to 2012, where they served as a Learning Support Manager, Programme Manager, and Learning & Development Consultant. In these roles, they conducted learning needs analysis, designed learning solutions, delivered training, and managed projects.

Dan Straw attended Arnold Hill Comprehensive School from 1993 to 1998, where they obtained their General Certificate of Secondary Education (GCSE). In terms of additional certifications, they earned the PRINCE2® Foundation in project management from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT in July 2014. Dan also obtained the PRINCE2® Practitioner certification from the same institution in July 2014. In addition, Dan Straw acquired the SuccessFactors Certified Professional – Learning certification from SuccessFactors in March 2014. Furthermore, they obtained a Certificate in Training Practice from CIPD in February 2007.
